Thank you for inquiring about our company, Excel Financial Group and myself, Chris Pasquinzo.  Our company has over 50 years of experience and most of the guys here are Colorado natives.  I have recently moved here from San Diego but originally grew up in a small town called Las Vegas.  You may have heard of it way out in the desert?

I originally started my career in the real estate and mortgage lending in Coos Bay Oregon.  I lived there for about 10 years and my parents have retired in the same area.  I eventually wanted to get some more sun, so I picked up and moved to San Diego.  I continued in the lending business and as a Realtor.  California let agents do both businesses.  I did that well for several years and then took over a mortgage office inside a Realty Executives outside of the Carlsbad area.  I ran the mortgage side of the office for awhile and rebuilt the business within the area.  We were then bought out by National City Mortgage and worked with them for another year or so.  The market then crashed and I decided it was time to fulfill a dream I have had since I lived in Las Vegas.  That dream was to move to Colorado.  Fort Collins seemed to be calling my name and I packed up my house and moved on out here.  I have found a solid company with Excel Financial Group and the feeling seems to be mutual.  I have a unique perspective of the business not every lender has.  With performing in three different states for over 14 years, the things that I have run into are very interesting.  I am a hands on kind of guy and prefer the direct approach with everyone I meet. 

As a client you will know exactly all of the details of how your particular situation fits into the market of today.  I love the challenge of fitting a loan to your wants and desires and not mine or the banks involved.  I have always made my business name work anywhere I have lived and I believe that is due to the way I communicate.  Our word is all we have in this business and in life and that should not be taken for granted.
